We are proud that Officer Marmolejo was a 2012 graduate of our criminal justice program. He put his education to use with the Chicago Police Department and worked hard to ensure the safety of others. He will be remembered by the Moraine Valley community as a hero.

To the family of Officer Eduardo "LALO" Marmolejo. Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your loss.  My prayers & thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

I remember when he told us he was leaving Christ Hospital  to work for the Chicago Police department, he was so excited and said it was what he always wanted to do. 
GOD speed Lalo.

A couple of months ago, I had trouble with my automobile. I recognize Officer Marmolejo was the officer who helped me with my car. His kindness and understanding was a great help to me. 
I'll shall remember him and his family in my rosary prayers.
