He was the beloved husband of the late Carmen Zuniga Santamaria. The loving father of Henry Santamaria (Annette), Hector Santamaria, Carmen Pagan (Daniel) and the late Jesus Santamaria.
Cherished Grandfather of Hector J. Santamaria, Jr. (Cynthia), Jesus Santamaria, John A. Pagan, Angela L. Pagan, Stephanie Cayton (Jacob), Anneliese Santamaria, Sophia Santamaria. Great Grandfather of 5 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson. Dearest brother of 6 brothers and sisters and the fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Enrique will be held Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 11:00am until 2:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Interment will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, 87th Street &, S Hamlin Ave, Evergreen Park, IL 60805.
