Beloved husband of Janie (nee Clarke) Gallagher; loving son of Rosemary Gallagher-Phillips and the late James Edward Gallagher; dear brother of Rosemarie (Kurt) Oswald, Carolyn Mitchell, Brian (Jill) Gallagher, Michael (Rebecca) Gallagher and John (Michelle) Gallagher; fond uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews; brother in law and treasured friend to many. James's memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
