James Charles Winters, 97, of Chicago, formerly of Dunedin, Florida, WWII Army Air Corps Veteran; beloved husband of the later Marie (nee Conlon); devoted father of James (Beatrice) Winters, Richard (Rebecca) Winters, and Marie Winters Karns; proud grandfather of James Winters, Jr., Rebecca Winters, Margaret Winters Connelly, Jason Karns, Ashley Karns and Robert Winters; great-grandfather of Quinn Winters and Jake Karns; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his siblings Marjorie, Agnes and John Winters and Ann Sukis.
