Collins, Jr., John Joseph, 71 of Oak Lawn, passed away Wednesday. He was the beloved husband of Jean née Mussey; loving father of Elizabeth (Tom) Rachubinski and John (Ann) Collins; adoring grandfather of Michael, Annie, Carolyn, Tommy and Jack.
