Funeral Monday, April 13th prayers from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Snows Parish, 4810 S. Leamington Ave, Chicago, IL
Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
