Devoted Father of Manuel Acosta Jr., Leticia Acosta (Edgardo Saldaña), Meghan Acosta, and Sara Acosta. Proud Grandfather of Jacob Acosta, Isaac Acosta, Adam Saldaña, Nylah Belén Saldaña, Noah Cervantes, Ethan Cervantes and proud Great-Grandfather of Adonis Acosta. Fond Son of the late Miguel Acosta Villafuerte and Josefa Acosta Ortiz. Dear Brother of Fidelia (+ Efrain) Espinoza, Teresa (Antonio) Alfaro, Juan Gabriel Acosta, Rosa Acosta, Bertha Acosta, and Alejandra Acosta. Loving uncle to many.

A Visitation for Manuel will take place Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Funeral to follow Monday, August 11 at 8:30 AM at the funeral home, with a funeral procession beginning at 9:00 AM proceeding to Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 2751 W. 38th Pl, Chicago, IL 60632, for the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.

Funeral a seguir el Lunes el 11 de Agosto 2025 a las 8:30 AM en la funeraria, con una procesión comenzando a las 9:00 AM a Nuestra Señora de Fátima ubicado en 2751 W. 38th Pl, Chicago, IL 60632, para la misa fúnebre a las 10:00 AM. Entierro a seguir en el cementerio Resurrection ubicado en Justice, IL.
