Nancy Francis Zimny nee Hausman, age 83, of Oak Forest, IL; passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth S. Zimny; loving mother of Natalie (Craig) Martinez, Michael (Wendy) Zimny and Marie Zimny; cherished grandmother of Taylor (Jack) Martinez, Brett Martinez, Brooke Martinez, Alex (Samantha) Zimny and Ace Zimny; proud great-grandmother of Cassidy Miller, Emilia Zimny and Sophie Zimny; fond sister of James (Marion) Hausman and Carol (Marty) Samojedny; dearest aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Nancy was blessed to be creative and artistic and that shined through with everything she did. From her delicious home style cooking, to her fancy christmas cookies. From her colorful ceramics to her beautiful interior designs. She had so many passions in life, her faith being number one. She loved ballroom dancing, her flower gardens and taking long walks with her friends. She loved the great outdoors and nature. She loved to go hiking, loved going to the beach and camping. She had a soft spot in her heart for animals. She would sit for hours watching the birds and always had room in her home for a cat or two. Most of all she loved her family and her friends.
