Patricia "Mama Bear" Semmler, age 61, of Hometown, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. Patricia was born October 10, 1960. Beloved wife of William Semmler; Loving mother of William, Nick, and Melissa; Step-mother of Brian and Michael; Step-Grandmother of Drake and Trace; Dear sister of Debbie, Brett, and Billy.
Patricia devoted her life to her family. She is also a proud organ donor with the Gift of Hope.
