Rose Helen Koperniak, nee Sanchez, age 91 of Chicago, IL. Beloved wife of the late John Koperniak. Loving mother of Michael Koperniak and Julie (Mark) Niles. Much-loved grandmother of Justin (Sheena) Niles, Kristin (Jason) Gaff, and Kaitlin (Nate) Hoff and nine great grandchildren. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of many. Retired colleague of many Chicago Public School teachers and principals.
A visitation will be held on Thursday December 9, 2021 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home 4727 W. 103rd Street Oak Lawn, with a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday December 10, 2021 at 10:00am at St. Bede the Venerable Catholic Church 8200 S. Kostner Ave, Chicago. Interment to immediately follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery Justice, IL.
