Vesely, daughter Sharon Jean Vesely, parents Jess E. and Bess (Hrdlicka) Bricknell, siblings Bernice (Fred) Robishaw, Jesse (Mitzi) Bricknell, Jeanette (Tom) Landvogt, brothers-in-law John (Josephine) Vesely and James (Pauline) Vesely, and sister-in-law Rose (Eugene) Lake.
Ruth was born and raised in Chicago where she married Frank on November 2, 1940. In 1957 they were blessed with daughter Sharon, who was born in 1957 and left us too soon in 1977. She was also well-known for her sewing skills, making wedding gowns and dresses for many family members and friends.
“Aunt Boots” was loved by her many nieces, nephews, their children, and grandchildren, who will always remember her humor and generosity. They will miss her funny stories, mischievous giggle, and feisty nature.
