Tom is the proud father to John Laurencell and Ashley (Jeff) Slade; loving brother to Debbie (Chuck) Porucznik, Michael (Karen) Laurencell, and Greg (April) Laurencell; uncle to Jessica and Alex Porucznik, Charlie and Sam Laurencell, Kevin and Hailey Laurencell; cherished son to the late John Francis and Joan Anastasia Laurencell; step-son to Patricia Laurencell; former spouse to Kathryn Maher, and companion to Sheila Murphy.
Tom was an engineer for Little Company of Mary Hospital for over 32 years. He was an avid Seattle Seahawks fan. He enjoyed fishing especially with his children.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 11:00 am until the time of his memorial service at 1:00 pm at Blake Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W. 103rd Ave; Oak Lawn, IL 60453).
