Carl was preceded in death by his first wife of 64 years, Rosalind Austin Hall, and is survived by his wife Susan Hall, his sons Carl and Bob, daughter Gail Morgan and Son-In-Law Rex Morgan, and daughter-in law, Ellen Fietz Hall.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 from 8:00am to 10:00am at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 10:00am at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Hall's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
