She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary-Helen Lopez.
Denise is survived by her father, Paul G. Lopez, husband, Michael Ray Ramirez, daughters, Sarina Lopez and Berlynn Lopez, relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 4-8 pm at First Presbyterian Church in Fellowship Hall in Oceanside, California.
A funeral will be held on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church in Sanctuary in Oceanside, California.
Denise's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
