Donald Bewley, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, passed peacefully, but suddenly, in his home on October 30th, 2015. Donald was born on July 1st, 1952 to Angeline Calabrese and Donald Bewley and is survived by his beautiful wife Beth, sons Sean and Samuel, daughter Brynn, sister Cheryl and nephew Danny. Upon graduation from St. Edward High School, Don attended Akron University but quickly realized that his true passion was making people feel beautiful. This led Don to cosmetology school and after graduating he began his training in New York City with the industry’s best. He grew to become a talented stylist with an eye for creating the unique and different, and went on to open and grow five successful salons in the Cleveland area.
Don came to a crossroads in his career and realized that there was something missing in the professional salon industry. So, in 1993, Don and Beth sold their first home and hit the road for San Diego, California where they started Eufora International. Don’s passion and dedication to the industry laid the foundation for Eufora and over the years he’s encouraged those around him to be the best version of themselves. Don has helped grow countless businesses and has inspired many to success.
While growing his thriving business with Beth, Don never allowed his career to interfere with what was most important to him, his wife and children. Don coached Brynn, Sam and Sean’s sports teams, packed their lunches everyday, picked them up from school and always made sure that they knew they were his number one priority. A devout husband, Beth really was the light of his life. They were best friends, joint business owners, each other’s number one fans, and most importantly life-long partners.
A business man, husband, father, son, friend, mentor…Don Bewley will truly be missed by many but his light will continue to shine bright in everyone he’s touched.
