He is survived by his wife, Lydia B. Serrano, daughter, Estella, son-in-law, David, daughter, Georgina, future son-in-law, Jose, grandson, Taylor, granddaughter, Ashlyn, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Serrano's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
