Herman Leroy Whitley was born March 26, 1937 in Milfay, Oklahoma. He entered into rest November 17, 2011 in Oceanside, California.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Whitley and daughter, Cynthia Velsaco, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held Friday, November 25, 2011 at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Monrovia, California followed by a funeral service at 10:30 am.
He will be laid to rest at Oakdale Memorial Park in Glendora, California.
