Jesse Zarate was born on January 12, 1948, in Oceanside, California, to Lalo Zarate and Paula Gallegos.
He served his country by joining the US Army. He then worked in civil service for thirty-five years. Jesse passed away on February 26, 2019, in Oceanside, California.
Jesse is survived by his two children; Adam and Katie, his grandchildren and many more family and friends.
A viewing at 12pm and funeral service at 1pm will be held for Jesse on Monday, March 25th, at Eternal Hills Mortuary.
