He is survived by his family, relatives, and friends.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 11am at St James Catholic Church in Solana, Beach.
Mr. Waller's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
