Johnny Lee Appollo aka John Hage was born on February 2, 1945 in Santa Monica, California. He entered into rest on April 18, 2012 in Encinitas, California.
Johnny was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Hage, and mother, Kathryn Kynaston Hage.
He is survived by his wife, Julie, daughter, Kelley, granddaughter, Olivia, grandson, Christian, sister, Kathryn, brother, Mark, sister, Susan, relatives, and friends.
There will be a memorial service held on Monday, April 23, 2012 from 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
