He is survived by his granddaugther, Mary E. Carlston, family, relatives,and friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a vigil at 5:00 pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 1:30 pm at St Marys Star of the Sea in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Garcia's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
