Maria Guadalupe Vela, 59 of Oceanside, California, died peacefully at her home on June 7th surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 11, 1956 in Michoacán, Mexico, the daughter of Rafael and Cecilia Carriedo.
She is survived by her husband Enrique Vela, her children, Mayra and Luis Enrique Vela, 7 sisters, 3 brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 16th from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on June 17th at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Carlsbad, California.
She will be deeply missed.
