Phat Thi Duong was born on April 10, 1949 in Vietnam. She entered into rest on September 8, 2012 in San Diego, California.
She is survived by her husband, Tho Van Nguyen, sons, That Nguyen and Tam Nguyen, daughter, Thanh Nguyen, relatives, and friends.
A visitation and prayer will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 from 10:00am - 2:30pm at Funeraria Del Angel McLeod Mortuary in Escondido, California.
Mrs. Phat Duong's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
