She is survived by her husband, Francisco Perez, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 4:00pm - 9:00pm at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 10:00am St. Mary Star of the Sea in Oceanside, California.
Refugio's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
