Our loving mother passed from this life on February 28th, 2014. Rose was born in Hawaii. She married her high school sweetheart Raymond Batis on October 4th, 1952 who preceded her in death. To this union four sons were born. Rose was the most loving and caring wife, Mother, Sister, and Friend anyone could have. She later moved to Oceanside California where she resided until her death.
She was a devoted Homemaker, Awesome cook, and loved serving her family. She enjoyed arts and crafts and would often teach family, Friends, and others the many different tips and techniques of the trade. She was an active member of the United States Marine Corps Widows Club. She often volunteered helping people in the community. She was a member of the San Luis Rey Mission and St. Mary’s Catholic Churchs both of Oceanside California.
She leaves to mourn four sons; Raymond Jr, of Oceanside, CA, John of Vista, CA, Gary of San Bruno, CA, Michael of Dallas, TX, Five brothers; Alvin, Frankie, Leroy, Gary, John, twelve Grandchildren, and thirteen Great-Grandchildren, and a host of Family and Friends.
