Thomas James Giannetti, 49, of Oceanside, CA died March 24th 2014. “Tom” Giannetti, born in Mamaroneck NY and son of Bernard and Dorothy Giannetti (deceased), passed away at his home in Oceanside, CA. He is survived by his sister Kathleen Ferrara, his brother William Giannetti, and Tommy Lee. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Anthony Ferrara and three nephews Anthony Jr., Michael and Joseph all living in West Babylon NY. Tom graduated from Rye Neck High School with honors, received his Bachelors in Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in MA and his Masters of Science degree with Honors in Business, Telecommunications from Iona College in NY. Tom worked as an IT Executive achieving the position of Vice President/CIO of a Fortune 500 Corporation. Tom loved adventure, flying airplanes, scuba diving, sailing, boating, photography, travel, skydiving, motorsports racing and in general, going fast. He was incredibly funny with a unique sense of humor. He was a gentle protector and was loyal and generous to a fault. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
