He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Fregia (Evans), daughter, Kimberly Langel, and son, Larry Fregia.
Vernon is survived by his daughters, Kristi Fregia-Rucks and Darlyne Welling, eight grandchidren, eight great-grandchildren, family, relatives, and friends.
He will be deeply missed....
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 9:30am at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
