

Lamont was born in Oceanside, Ca on January 10, 1966. He received his Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and spent most of his working life as a Behavioral Therapist for children with a specialty for children with Autism. He was an avid athlete playing as an Oceanside Pirate Running Back #31 and San Diego State Aztecs Running Back, #26. His body was his temple as he worked out daily and maintained a healthy diet and life style.
Lamont was a devoted Uncle, an amazing brother and friend with an infectious smile that lit up the whole room.
Lamont was the son of the late Willie Lee Parks. He is survived by his mother June Rosetta Parks Oceanside, CA, Sister, Cynthia Brown (Ray), Fort Worth Texas, Sister, Bernadette Crawford, Ontario, CA, Brother, Stephen Henry, San Francisco, CA, Sister, Sheila Clemons (Robert) Charlotte, NC, Brothers Joel Hughes (Alicia) Temecula, CA, Wesley Ladonahue (Laurie) Bloomington, CA and William Lamar Parks (Amy) Oceanside, CA.
Nieces and Nephews: Nathaniel Edwards, Emil Moore, Deidre Edwards, Lauren Hughes, Larissa Hughes, Juliette Clemons, Warren Parks and Joel Hughes, Jr. and a host of great nieces, nephews and cousins.
