William is survived by his Wife, Patricia Neff; Daughters; Cheryl Turdy, Debbie Bryant and Julie Travis. Son In Laws; Tim Turdy, Harvey Bryant, and Johnny Travis. Brother; Charles Neff,
9 Grandchildren and 9 Great grandchildren. Along with extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life for William will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10:00 am at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054. Full military honors ceremony rendered at Eternal Hills flag pole following Chapel Service.
