I didn't know Herb that well or that long but in what little time I did he was always really nice and had a smile. There was always a positive energy around him and the family. I enjoyed our time spent.

Bob, our daughters & their families and myself would like to express our condolences.  Herb was such a great friend to our family! We absolutely loved visiting with him and greatly appreciated the help when we needed it.  We had wonderful times together and it was an honor and a privilege to have known him.  He will be sadly missed by all of us & most of all, by Bob.  Herb was a great friend to him. Joan, if you need anything at all, anytime, feel free to give us a call!  We are right around the corner.

Joan and Sue Gary and I just found out from a friend of ours in NY that Herb has passed away. Our greatest sympathies are with you.Gary and my dad Ken Baldwin thought so much of Herb. Again, so sorry for your loss. Bonnie and Gary Cousineau.

Joan and Sue-I was so sorry to hear about Herb. Although I haven't seen him in many years, I have lots of fond memories from high school, when we were neighbors in Rensselaer Falls, and also weekends at Stony Brook Hunting Club.

To Herb's Family;  I have been a friend and associate of Herbs for 30 years and feel your loss.  He was a good friend and a great political adversary at hunting camp in Stillwater.  A good hunter and a wonderful sense of humor.  I am proud to have known him.

I was so saddened to learn of Herb's passing.  Having known him since childhood I always knew him to be a gentle person, one whom I always looked up to.  He was a sportsman and a good basketball player in his day.  I always enjoyed visiting with him when our paths crossed.  We will all miss him, but will hold fond memories of Herb. IDeepest sympathy to Mrs Goodison and family.  I met Herbie when he was real young.  His grandmother Edith lived across the street from me in Heuvelton.  His father had a nearby farm.  Also sympathy for Janet's death this year.  I was not aware of her death.

Susan, Erin, Joan and families, there are no words.  I am so sorry.  We can find comfort in knowing Herb is no longer in pain and in God's eternal care.
