Patricia "Patti" L. Stevens

Funeral services for Patricia “Patti” L. Stevens, age 57 of Lisbon and formerly of Ogdensburg will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday (May 14, 2015) at Foxwood Memorial Park with Rev. Walter Smith officiating. Calling hours will be held also on Thursday from 11:00am until the time of the service at the Mausoleum. Patti passed away on Saturday evening (May 9, 2015) at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center after being stricken at home. Arrangements are with Fox & Murray Funeral Home.

Surviving is her husband Dale; a daughter April Stevens & her companion Bert Dibble of Lisbon; sisters Joan Reynolds and Betty & Dale Lancto both of Syracuse, Rose & Timothy Youngs of Canton, Mary & Neil Baker of California, Nancy & Don Johnson of Morley; brothers Douglas & Alicia Besaw and Stanley Besaw both of Ogdensburg; grandchildren Jasmine, Mercedes & Porscha Myers along with many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Her parents Lena & Harry Besaw Sr.; a daughter Sarah Stevens; granddaughter Dalena Stevens; sisters Sally Wilson & Sharon Besaw and two brothers Harry Jr. & Frank Besaw predeceased her.

Patti was born on May 24, 1957 in Gouverneur, a daughter of Harry & Lena (Durham) Besaw. She graduated from Heuvelton Central School and later married Dale R. Stevens on March 26, 1999 in Ogdensburg and have been together for 35years. She worked at McCadam Cheese from 1985 to 1989 and transferred to Acco International where she worked until 2002.

She enjoyed riding motorcycles with Dale, gardening, camping, boating, fishing, computers, her horses and spending time with her grandchildren.
