

Polly A. Loffler, age 78, of Massena and formerly of Ogdensburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Massena Rehab & Nursing Care Facility. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no funeral services.
Polly was born on July 29, 1947, in Ogdensburg, to the late Elmer and Dorothy (Prey) Worden. She graduated from Morristown High School and later married Gary Loffler, a union that ended in divorce. Polly was a mother to Gregory (Ann) Loffler, and Gary Loffler of both of Ogdensburg; a grandmother to April, Joseph, Andrew, Lee, Katie, Brooke, and Courtney Loffler, Michael Pelzer and Heather Jackling . She also was great-grandmother to Basil Brenno. Polly is survived by her brother, Worth Worden of Florida, and her sister, Wanda Cloutier of Cicero. She was predeceased by several other siblings.
A woman of great faith, Polly found peace and purpose in her relationship with the Lord. She had a deep spiritual life. Though she spent much of her life as a homemaker, Polly had a love for the outdoors. She enjoyed hiking, walking, kayaking, and even running marathons. Her passion for nature and the world around her was a reflection of her free spirit and adventurous soul.
