

Bob was born on November 13, 1950 in Ogdensburg, NY to the late Bert and Cecile Delaire Ramsey. He graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy. He then furthered his education at the Canton College of Technology and the St. Rose College in Troy.
Mr. Ramsey is survived by two daughters; Janice Ramsey of Charlotte, North Carolina and Alison Ramsey of Miami Beach, Florida that he adored; Joseph Ramsey and his wife Byrdie and Kirk Ramsey all of Ogdensburg, two sister; Paula Davies of Ogdensburg and Carol and David Clifton of Sarnia, Ontario, cousins; Paul Denesha, Vicky Wahl, Cindy Cherry and Jim Pike; a niece Chera Davison and a nephew Ben Ramsey along with many cousins.
Bob worked for Diamond National. Bob could be found fishing on the St. Lawrence River which he loved or at the casino. He enjoyed animals and drawing. He was a great cook who was known for his cheesecakes and lasagna. He was a fix-it man and could find a way to make anything work. Bob was always willing to lend a hand and help anyone, he will truly be missed.
