Anne was born June 21, 1930 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Douglas and Lulu Owens. Anne grew up in Tulsa and attended Tulsa Central High school. She went on to attend the Oklahoma College for women in Chickasha, as well as NEO A&M College. She later attended OU, joined Gamma Phi Beta, and met and fell in love with Jim. They were married on April 23, 1952.
Anne is survived by her sons; Bobby (Wendy) Glasgow and Greg (Patti) Glasgow; grandchildren, Sean (Tiffany) Glasgow, Gage Glasgow, and Sadie (Chris) Glasgow-Bach; and great-grandchild Grayson Glasgow.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jim; son Doug; parents Doug and Lulu Owens; and brother Hartley.
A memorial service will be Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 13313 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK.
