He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on November 17, 1937. Kenneth was married to Joan R. Stevenson on September 18, 1959. He had a career at Tinker Air Force Base in material management. Kenneth had a passion for golf and his grandchildren and family. Kenneth will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Joan R. Loy; children, Sandra Rhoades and Tina Anderson; Grandchildren, Jeff Mercer, Kendall Loy-Rhoades, Afton Stevenson, Brittany Dorris, and Skyler Rhoades; And brother, Jack Loy.
A visitation for Ken will be held on Thurs, April 8th from 4-8pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11am, Fri, April 9th at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
