Margaret “Peggy” Marie Miller, of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away on April 18, 2013. She was married to Garold B. Miller, who passed away on 9/20/10, for 68 years. Margaret was born 9/30/1920 in Decatur, Illinois. She was a homemaker all her married life, except for 2-3 years working in retail. In her earlier years, she enjoyed playing bridge and golf with her girlfriends. Sometimes, she might catch a game with her daughter, Sondra. She was dearly loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.
Margaret is survived by her children: Gary Miller & wife Connie, Sondra Morton & husband Jerry, and Kay Kernan & husband Mike; three grandchildren: Krista Wise & husband David, Eric Morton, and Michael Kernan & wife Tobye; and five great-grandchildren: Tave, Chapman, and Tucker Wise, and Luke and Lauren Kernan.
Services for Margaret will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at Memorial Park Historic Cemetery Chapel with entombment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum.
