Mary was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma to parents Rueben and Mary Kelly on April 8th, 1920. She went on to meet Earl E. James and the two were happily married on August 16th, 1936. Mary had a career in accounting, and in her time worked for Sears and Baptist Hospital. She was a member of Hillcrest Christian Church, and had a passion for gardening and travelling with Earl in their motor home.
Mary is survived by her Son, Leroy James of Edmond, 3 Daughters, Verda Enright of Bethany, Sue Fellers of Oklahoma City, and Mary Lou Gose of Oklahoma City; 2 Son-in-laws; 1 Daughter-in-law; 10 Grandchildren; and 18 Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl E. James; Grandson, David Bruce; Parents, Rueben and Mary Kelly; one Brother, and 2 Sisters.
A Funeral Service will be held for Mary on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 at 2:00pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
