Bernadette Theresa Parham, age 78, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Bernadette was born March 1, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Harold and Marie (Shipley) Seifert. Bernadette was a homemaker who had a passion for bible studies and spent countless hours crocheting blankets, doilies and baby clothing. She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, William Parham; daughters, Rose Parham Milton and Terry Spencer; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Arrangements entrusted to Baldwin-Fairchild at Chapel Hill, Orlando, Florida.
