Gerald Joseph Sincebaugh

He was born May 9, 1935 in Auburn, NY, the son of the late Clarence and Dorothy Hartnett Sincebaugh.

He was a communicant of Holy Family Church in Auburn and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Orlando.

He was a graduate of Holy Family High School and SUNY Empire State College. After being honorably discharged from the United States Air Force, he worked at General Electric/Lockheed Martin for 46.444 years.

He also served 3 terms as a Cayuga County Legislator from 1987 – 1994. After retirement he liked to spend his days on the golf course and driving around Florida in his bright red convertible.

Gerald was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Mary Lynn McDonald Sincebaugh.

He is survived by son, Patrick (Kathleen) Sincebaugh of Orlando, FL; daughter Kathleen (Bryan) Pressler of Clermont, FL; three granddaughters, Brooke Kathleen and Paige Elizabeth Sincebaugh and Zoei Victoria Pressler; grandson Ryan Pressler; brother John Sincebaugh of Auburn, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his brother Donald Sincebaugh, and sisters in law Julia Rodak Sincebaugh and Mary Patricia Geherin Sincebaugh.

Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for Gerald’s Mass of Christian burial at 1pm April 12th at St. Joseph’s Church, 1501 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando FL, with Inurnment immediately following at Chapel Hill Cemetery where military honors will be accorded.
