Marlene was born in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico on November 27, 1972. She was married to Carlos Delgado on November 25, 1995. Marlene had a career as a full-time homemaker and part time cosmetologist.
She had a passion for spending time with family, dancing, traveling, and her island of Puerto Rico. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when needed. She also had many friends and was well-loved.
She is survived by her parents, David Herrera and Miriam Herrera, her husband, Carlos Delgado, her three children, Jay Carrasquillo, Carlos Delgado, and Karylene Delgado. Her grandchildren, Jayson Delgado, Carlos Delgado Jr., Nolan Delgado, and Messiah Delgado. Also, by her brother and sister, Jorge Herrera and Waleska Santiago.
Funeral arrangements will be held on December 04, 2023, at Iglesia De Dios Pentecostal Mi, Visitation from 11:30 am -1:30 pm, Funeral Service 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm, and Committal Service from 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm.
