Sadden to see this day come to surface, a bright shining star you are and always will be. Our times together will forever live in my heart. Raising our children, spending holidays together and just creating memories that will last a lifetime were the best. We didn’t have to be blood because sisters indeed we were from day one. You were always about your family. Your children and husband were your main priority nonetheless you found ways to be there for everyone else. A piece of you will live inside of everyone you touched. It saddens me very much . My beautiful grandma , another mother to me. I love you so very much and I will forever remember all of the fun times we’ve had together . All the times we laughed , all the times we laughed at grandpa for doing silly stuff . I came into this family at about 2 years old and you instantly accepted me as one of your own grandchildren . You raised me and took care of me all of my life , almost everyday after school or the boys club I would come to your house to relax . You would always have strawberries and all sorts of fruits for us . Always fed me always kissed me and told me how much you love me . I will miss your chicken cutlet it was so good, I will miss your baking I always appreciated it so much especially your carrot cake . After school we would watch so much Disney channel and all sorts of kid shows together . I will always remember you and grandpa constantly watching the price is right or family fued. It sucks I will never be able to hear your voice and see you again . You were an amazing woman , so smart , so caring and beautiful truly the nicest person I’ve ever met . I think of my future and wish you could be there for all my future achievements and accomplishments. It feels as if yesterday I was helping lift you up the stairs in your wheelchair and you were telling me how strong I was and How much you love your baby boy . That replays so much in my head  because of how big your smile was and me being able to take care of you after all the times you took care of me . I could go on forever writing , I just know that you are no longer suffering and truly happy sitting beside the lord. You truly have the best seat in the house and I hope you continue to watch over us and guide us . I can only dream of being as amazing and pure as you. I promise to continue to be a better person and help those in need in your memory . You have made an impact on all of our lives always and forever .I hope to one day meet you again, I Love You Forever<3

As I look back on our 45+ years friendship, I’m inspired by the numerous moments we shared at the department of labor, especially during our annual summer picnics when our children were young. I feel thankful for having spent some time with you before your relocation to Florida, where you had long promised to treat me to the coffee, which I untimely had the pleasure of enjoying. You were an extraordinary individual to be around, and I will deeply miss our conversations and text exchanges. Although my heart is heavy, with sorrow, I take comfort in knowing you are at peace. We threw Mom a surprise 65th Birthday party at this restaurant 310 Lakeside in Downtown Orlando. All her siblings and Dad's siblings were there. It was a very special time and she was so happy. She deserved parties like this every year. I love you so much Mom. You will be missed so so much.

Titi Precila, thank you for being a great aunt to me throughout the years, you were kind to everyone and listen to our stories about what's going on in our lives. I was so glad that you came to my wedding to see me and Debra's get married and was there for sme and my wife's special day. I Love You and miss you so much and tell Grandfather Roberto Sr., Grandma Nelly Tio Hector and Dennis I said hello.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Priscilla was a bright light, no. Matter where I'd bump into her. She'd always smile if she was driving with your father walking down Delancey street. Always stop to say hello. She loved ols baseball. We had many long meetings. Itrying to make the league better. Icoming up with great ideas. To provide the best baseball for the greatest price. God bless you and your family at this difficult time.

I had the privilege of working with Precila  at OWCP for 10 years . Precila was the best example of a dedicated civil servant, generous with her time and knowledge.
A good day at work was when I was assigned to work on a case with Precila.

Orlando and I feel incredibly honored to have had Precila in our lives. From the moment we met her, she radiated joy and excitement about beginning a new chapter in Florida and being part of a church community she could serve wholeheartedly. She had such a beautiful, servant-hearted spirit that was impossible to miss. Whether she was greeting someone with a warm smile, jumping in to help wherever needed, or simply offering a listening ear, she gave selflessly and loved people deeply. Her passion for serving was something truly admirable. She didn’t just show up, she poured her heart into everything she did. Through her words, actions, and presence, the love of Jesus shined so brightly. No matter what she was facing, she remained full of faith and joy. We are going to miss her more than words can express, but we are comforted knowing she is now in the arms of Jesus, the One she loved and served so faithfully.

From Orlando: The way she worshipped and seeing her sing with all her heart at church left a lasting impression on me that I’ll carry forever.

Precila was a remarkable woman, and it was a true honor to have met her. Her bright light and deep love for the church were truly inspiring. I'll always remember her caring heart and loving personality, which often reminded me of my own mom. She fought with incredible strength until her last moments. Meeting Precila was a profound blessing, and I cherish the time we had. Rest easy, dear Precila, until we meet again in heaven.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Priscilla as such a  kind and sweet woman; always warm, always welcoming. She had a lovely way about her that made me feel at ease and I always appreciated that. Sending love and comfort.

I'm so grateful to have known Precila, my dear sister in Christ. She was a truly wonderful and amazing person, and I cherish the memories of meeting her at Innovation church. Her love for the church was evident in her selfless willingness to help, and she had such a big heart. Precila battled bravely until the end. While our sorrow may linger, we find comfort in knowing we'll meet her again with our Heavenly Father.

This photo was taken at our house about a year ago- we were having a church party and I snapped this sweet photo that I’m thankful to have to look back on. We are heartbroken by the loss of such a sweet and faith-filled woman. She always supported us with so much love, ordering every egg and baked good not just because she enjoyed them, but because she loved us. Her kindness and strong faith touched our hearts deeply. Jesus shined through her very bright and that touched me every Sunday. I’m going to miss her beautiful smile and heart. We’re comforted knowing she’s now at peace in Heaven. Titi Precila was one of a kind soul. She was beautiful inside and out. She always called me and my sister her beautiful girls and how sweet we were and how much she loved us every time she saw us. I have 2 very vivid and favorite memories of when I was too little to go on a ride in dorney park with my sister and cousin Nicky titi told Tio Cheo to take me to a different ride that I could go on. Another memory I love is when my nieces father was tragically killed she and Tio Cheo took me, my sister and Nicky to Coney Island to get our minds off things and spend time with us. She will be missed tremendously.

My beautiful cousin Priscilla you fought the good fight in this life. I love you so much but the Lord needed you in heaven.  One day I shall see you beautiful daughter of God.  Know that you were love by so many on this earth. Rest in peace my beautiful cousin.  You will never be forgotten nor will I miss our private conversations me and you have.  Fly high my dear cousin. Love you Jeannette. My condolences to the family may the Lord comfort and give you peace.

We are deeply saddened of the passing of our Titi Precila.  Titi was a truly special person—kind, loving, and always full of warmth. Her presence lit up every room, and her gentle spirit touched everyone lucky enough to know her.
