Clara “Sandy” Skaggs, 90, of Kansas City, Mo passed away January 2, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. January 5, 2011 at McGilley & Hoge Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, KS, with visitation at 6:00 p.m. prior to service. Private Inurnment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Kansas City, Mo.
