Frances C. “Frankie” Oshman, 86, of Mission, KS passed away May 25th, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospice House. Her visitation will be 6-8pm with a Rosary at 6:30pm, Tuesday, May 31st at McGilley & Hoge Memorial Chapel. Her funeral mass will be 10am, Wednesday, June 1st at Queen of the Holy Rosary, 7023 W. 71st Street, Overland Park, KS 66204. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke’s Hospice House, 3516 Summit St., Kansas City, MO 64111.
Frankie was born August 21, 1929 in Kansas City, KS to Raymond and Mary Helen Neugebauer. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Gracious and generous- She loved life in general and everyone she came in contact with, as well as, boating, shopping and the occasional visit to the casino.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Oshman. She is survived by her son and caregiver, Grant Oshman; sons, Robert, Rick and Greg Oshman; her brother, Gene Neugebauer; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
