

Joseph Paul Rosberg, 60, of Fairway, KS, passed away unexpectedly April 12, 2014. Visitation will be 6-6:30pm, followed by a memorial service at 6:30pm, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at McGilley & Hoge Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Boy Scouts of America, Denver Area Council, where he served as Scout Master for 12 years. Joseph was born December 17, 1953 in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from St. Agnes Grade School in 1967 and Bishop Miege High School in 1971. He then served in the United States Air Force from 1972 until 1978 when he was honorably discharged. He graduated from Johnson County Community College in 1987 with an Associates of Arts Degree. He worked for an engineering firm, The Ballard Group, in Denver, CO for approximately 18 years; afterwards, he worked as a computer consultant, specializing in CAD.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gustave S. Rosberg and a brother, Richard C. Rosberg. Survivors include his two sons, Adam, who resides in Denver, CO., and Eric, who resides in Shawnee, KS with his wife, Ana and four grandchildren, Kyle, Stephen, Trinity, and Jordyn. He is also survived by his mother, Margaret Rosberg; four brothers and four sisters, Carol Charismas, Sr. Mary Margaret, Houston, TX, Tom (Connie), Theresa Sullivan (Louis), Phoenix, AZ, Robert, Dallas, TX, Elizabeth Klarich (David), Billings, MT, Ken (Janet) and Jim (Nikki).
