Kevin Watkins, 58, of Overland Park, KS passed away unexpectedly Jan. 12, 2017. His Celebration of Life service will be held 1pm, Thurs., Jan. 19th with visitation to begin at noon at the McGilley & Hoge Memorial Chapel. A reception will follow the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the UMKC- The Jazz Studies Program.
Kevin was born Feb. 7th, 1958 in Springfield, MO. He was a proud owner of Country Club Contractors, a true dreamer and visionary, spreading peace and love everywhere he went.
He is survived by his children, Kimberly and Daniel; brothers, Jim and Rick; sister, Beth and a huge following of friends.
