She was born in Manati, Puerto Rico on August 4, 1945, to the late Diego Montes and Isabel Reynes. Carmen went to beauty school in Puerto Rico after high school and she was very involved in her church. She married Carlos Santiago and together they had three daughters and he preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, Carmen was also preceded in death by a son-in-law Michael Sypniewski. Carmen is survived by her daughters: Carmen, Maribel and Idalia and son-in-law Luis Rivera and ten grandchildren: Luis, Richard, Jordan, Jasmine, Christopher, Emily, David, Gabriel, Nicholas, Isabelle.
All services will be held in Puerto Rico.
