She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on October 27, 1954. Donna retired after a 32 year career as a General Contractor Project Administrator.
Her favorite past times included reading , watching Science Fiction movies, playing games and keeping on top of news from around the world.
She was the daughter of the late Charles W. Dixon Sr. and Joyce Joan Dixon. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Charles W. Dixon, Jr.
She is survived by her three children Robert Doyon of Georgia, Paul Doyon and Jenifer Hill of Florida and her two sisters Janet Dixon and Christine Dixon of Maryland. She is also survived by three grandsons and two granddaughters.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 501 E. Mitchell Hammock Road, Oviedo, Florida 32765. The family will host a celebration of life service at 3 pm following the visitation.
