

Henry was born on April 7, 1928, the eldest of six children, to Basilio Bonsato Padama and Esperanza Paz Naredo in AGNO, Pangasinan, Philippines. He graduated from National University, Philippines, receiving degrees in BSCE and BSSE and furthered his studies at the University of the Philippines with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. He began his career as a Civil/Sanitary engineer. Later, he was awarded the Colombo Plan Scholarship to study at the University of Melbourne, Australia from 1972 to 1973. After moving to California in 1982, he had oversight responsibility as a supervisor of Medical Records for several nursing facilities.
Henry was loved by everyone because of his good nature and positive attitude. He was generous, kind, always extending a helping hand to those in need, and altruistically paving the way of success for many people. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, travelling, eating, cooking, socializing with family and friends. His grandchildren and great grandchildren brought him great joy and delight. We will always remember his special smile, laugh, caring heart, strength, generosity, wisdom, and amazing sense of humor.
Henry was predeceased by his wife, Carolina Jose Terrado, eldest son, Joselito, and younger brother, Arturo Padama. He is survived by his siblings Nena de los Reyes, Angelina Molina, Jun Padama, and Rosa Padama. He is also survived by his daughter, Judy and her husband, Danilo Villanueva; his son, Henry Terrado Padama Jr and his wife, Catalina Pascual; and his daughter-in-law, Estrella Soriano Padama; his eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Henry was cremated on Thursday, December 2, 2021, in Orlando, Florida. Celebration of life services will follow in 2022 in California. Burial will take place at Heritage Park Cemetery, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines next to his beloved wife and son.
