
He was retired from Bell of Pennsylvania and AT&T, and was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church, Rochester, PA."He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Signal Corps in Korea." He is survived by his wife of 59 years , Carole Peters, Oviedo; two sons: Eric (Jacqueline) Peters, New Castle, PA; Greig (Vera) Peters, San Jose, CA; a daughter, Janice Peters, Pasadena, CA; two grandchildren: Erica and Judd Peters; three brothers: Dale (Monty), Don (Catherine), and Glenn Peters; a sister: Florence Carpenter; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Margaret Peters, and a brother, William Peters. A memorial service will be held at Willow Creek Church, Winter Springs, FL, at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 31. Interment will be at a future date in the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, FL.
