Kenneth G. Rice, age 81 of Chuluota, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014. He was born March 28, 1933 in Coshocton, Ohio. He is a Navy veteran. He is survived by his daughter, Tamela Simpkins; son, Mark Wesley Rice; 3 grandchildren, Richard Rice, Mark Rice, Jr. and Jessica Simpkins; 6 great-grandchildren, Dakota Hunter, Summer Dawn, Trace Michael, Justin Rivers, Reiannah Rae and Dalton; He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley Rice and grandson, Justin LeRoy Simpkins. Visitation will be Thursday, 05/15/2014 from 6-8pm at Baldwin Fairchild Oviedo Chapel. The Funeral Service will be Friday, 05/16/2014 at 3:00pm at The Chuluota Community Church. Interment will follow at Chuluota Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Oviedo Chapel.
